    For those types of reps you go straight for muscle then bulk up muscle push ups sit ups etc and those until you go too much for those types of exercises dont matter how many reps you go if your ultimate goal is more for toning for it because.

    There is no difference between “gaining” muscle and “toning” muscle. It’s basically a misunderstood part of working out. When you refer to “toned” it basically means you have low body fat.. Gaining muscle is gaining muscle, that’s how you’ll increase size, and have that “toned” look if you have lower body-fat.
