Do you think this is a good meal for the aid of weight loss (as opposed to stakes, gravy, creamy mash potatoes etc) and good for building muscle. All this, along side a rigorous exercise routine of course.

not at all. Healthy diet, yes. Beautiful menu yes. Attractive plate yes. Runner’s diet,yes . Muscle building, no. With out knowing your personel state of affairs(body fat % and level of muscle tone) it is hard to be specific. In training as muscle developes and fat is reduced. this automaticly reduces weight as fat is much heavier then muscle. If training is rigorous your body will tell you a rabbit food diet is not enough.
